A simple utility to keep track of agreed client schedules, and/or to plan team allocation
To add a schedule, click on a cell, enter project name, click on OK, select remote or onsite in the pop-up box, and click on save.
To modify an existing schedule, click on the cell, and modify the contents
To delete an existing schedule, click on the delete icon in the cell
Refresh the page - or navigate to next week and return back - in case delete icon is not present for newly added schedules
In case a team member is not available / on leave, enter it is a schedule with the title "NotAvailable" or "NA" and mark as "onsite" - it will then become visible in the page
This utility is meant for use by PMs alone. Do not share the url with team members.
This is an inhouse developed utility - don't expect any great features - meant purely for internal use to the extent applicable. There is no logging, audit trail or access controls built - So do not tamper with other's data :-). Suggestions for functional improvements welcome but implementation could be a challenge
